The PiCar-V is an open source robot kit based on Raspberry Pi. Python code is provided for the car, and you can also program and debug it with Dragit, a visual programming language software used for simple coding. Even if you don't have a programming basis utilizing simple code blocks, you can realize complex functions.
It is equipped with a USB camera and lets you view the recordings taken from a web browser or even stream on your device live via WiFi connection. The 2-axis pan-ad-tilt servos enable the camera to film in a range of a hemisphere, so you can easily control the angle of shooting video.
